Bite size steps = big success!
Workplace Challenge invited you and your workplace to liven up your lunch and to join the Active Lunch Challenge. Over 8,000 employees from 600+ workplaces took up the challenge and added some bite size activity in and around their working day.
An impressive distance of 679,873 miles was tracked from 4th January to 28th February (the equivalent of travelling around the world over 27 times!).
The top activities logged during the challenge were walking, running and cycling.
