EMD UK, the national governing body for group exercise, has partnered with mental health charity Mind and group exercise providers in a workplace health programme. The programme aims to increase the physical and mental wellbeing of employees whose business signs up to the scheme, and provide employers with the skills to promote positive overall health in their workplace.
