How Many Calories Will YOU Burn?
The number of calories you burn when exercising is dependent on many factors including exercise intensity/duration, age, gender and, in particular, body weight. For a rough guide to how many calories you burn during certain activities, please refer to the table above. One column gives the values based on the average weight of a female adult in the UK (69kg); the other is based on the male average weight (84kg).
