Sport Relief is back, from Friday 21st March to Sunday 23rd March 2014, with hundreds of running, swimming and cycling events across the UK, including events at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

big-name swimmers including fellow London 2012 medallists Ellie Simmonds,
Michael Jamieson and Rebecca Adlington alongside comedian David Walliams.

Each year in November, the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) starts the annual T-30 swimming Challenge, which determines just one thing – who can swim the furthest in 30 minutes!

The Great East Swim Workplace Challenge is set - To swim every wave of the 2016 Great East Swim covering 1218 lengths of a 25m pool, between 1st March and 30th April. The Challenge works in the same way as the national workplace challenge; individuals logging swimming activities that go the distance.

Swim England T30 Challenge is a unique and simple event which determines just one thing – who can swim the furthest in 30 minutes!

Grab your friend and take on the Team2k. The event will be for teams of four swimming, aged 12 years and older, who will take it in turns to swim 200m laps, to total 2000m.

The British Red Cross are looking for people to pull on their trainers, strap on their Fitbit, and make their miles count this September.
Miles for Refugees is a unique challenge. Participants chose a distance from 22 to 2,700 miles and then, throughout September, walk, swim, cycle or run to reach their target.
