Employer Supported Volunteering (ESV) survey

Definition of ESV

'Employer-Supported Volunteering provides employees the opportunity to volunteer with support from their employer, whether this is in the form of time off for individual volunteering or in a programme developed by the employer such as a team challenge event or ongoing arrangement with a community partner.' (Volunteering England)

Background

The County Sports Partnership Network are developing a sports related Employer Supported Volunteering (ESV) offer and would welcome the views of both employees and employers involved in the Workplace Challenge. Your responses will help us to develop the offer to meet the needs of businesses and to ensure workplaces are matched and can add value to sport and physical activity opportunities from local (e.g. sports clubs) and national providers (e.g. mass participation charity events).
