To the Brookes Active Workplace Challenge
The Brookes Active Workplace Challenge
The Brookes Active Workplace Challenge has been created to help you monitor your activity and challenge yourself to maintain an active lifestyle. There are individual and team challenges and you also contribute to the totals of your faculty/directorate and Brookes as a whole. Staff at Brookes are invited to join in with specific challenges but the site is available for your use throughout the year.
The Workplace Challenge rewards the effort you put in rather than how fit you are, automatically calculating points based on duration, activity and intensity.
Being active and healthy is its own reward but Workplace Challenge users have the opportunity to win prizes for taking part.
Brookes staff registered on the Workplace Challenge can see a range of offers and perks available to help you enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle at Brookes including some exclusive deals which we will keep adding to.
On the site you can also find upcoming events and classes and advice to help you lead a healthier lifestyle.
Register now and log your activity now using the button in the top right of this page.
