Workplace Challenge Champion Training
In partnership with the British Heart Foundation, the Workplace Challenge has coordinated a series of training sessions focusing on how to improve the health and wellbeing of your organisation's workforce.
Become a Workplace Challenge Champion to gain valuable resources and support to help improve the lives of your colleagues.
- Improve your understanding of how physical activity and sport can improve the health of your colleagues.
- Gain practical ideas, resources and support to implement physical activity initiatives within your workplace.
- Learn how to motivate and inspire workplace colleagues to improve their physical activity levels.
Why should you become a champion?
Healthy workforces are known to have improved morale, better physical and mental health, improved communication and networking between colleagues and provide better opportunities to socialise with colleagues, fostering a community feeling.
What are the Benefits?
Champion: Gain further knowledge and experience in promoting physical activity, whilst providing a key role to colleagues and the project through the liaison of sport and physical activity coordination in your workplace.
Workplace: Get support to improve health and wellbeing at your workplace, get recognition for your employees achievements.
Participants: The chance to try different sports, compete against friends, raise money for charity, live a healthier lifestyle.
Training runs for a full day from around 9am-5pm. All delegates will be sent full event and venue information prior to the training & costs £50 per person.
