Workplace Challenge Champion Training

In partnership with the British Heart Foundation, the Workplace Challenge has coordinated a series of training sessions focusing on how to improve the health and wellbeing of your organisation's workforce.

Become a Workplace Challenge Champion to gain valuable resources and support to help improve the lives of your colleagues.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Improve your understanding of how physical activity and sport can improve the health of your colleagues.
  2. Gain practical ideas, resources and support to implement physical activity initiatives within your workplace.
  3. Learn how to motivate and inspire workplace colleagues to improve their physical activity levels.

Why should you become a champion?

Healthy workforces are known to have improved morale, better physical and mental health, improved communication and networking between colleagues and provide better opportunities to socialise with colleagues, fostering a community feeling.

What are the Benefits?

Champion: Gain further knowledge and experience in promoting physical activity, whilst providing a key role to colleagues and the project through the liaison of sport and physical activity coordination in your workplace.

Further Information

Training runs for a full day from around 9am-5pm. All delegates will be sent full event and venue information prior to the training & costs £50 per person.
